The Opportunity Join an exceptional crew at the new themed pop-up the Family Guy Experience in Houston Texas!Here guests willenter a real-life version of The Drunken Clam, fully equipped with a Family Guy themed cocktail menu! Each ticket includes a round of Giggity Golf; an interactive 4-hole mini golf course fully dedicated to the Griffins. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to oversee the daily merchandise operations of our Family Guy Experience. You will be the one to ensure the smooth running of operations to maximize merch sales and create processes to keep organized merchandise. This role will report directly to our Event Project Manager. This is an onsite position taking place at our Family Guy Experience location on Washington Ave.In this role, you will: Work with the Bucket Listers Presents team to create a merchandising guide to ensure merchandise is displayed to maximize sales and maintain inventory management. Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train, and coach expectations to deliver the service standard. Qualifications: 1-3 years of similar work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Floor Manager. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Prior Square or POS knowledge. Excitement surrounding the Family Guy Experience!
